We're moving forward. In the next 24 hours they are going to ween Taylor off the IV treatment that has been helping her facilitate her fluids and relax her heart. We just need to pray now that she will be able to excrete the fluids on her own.

Doc did say Taylor's mitral valve does have moderate leakage but should be fine for a long time with medicine. Time would tell as she grows and gets older, nothing to be certain of now. If this valve were to continue to give her trouble when she's older, a new replacement valve would be needed. But we won't worry about tomorrow..that's in God's hands.

Thank you for all your encouragement and prayer. It's such a blessing to us day by day. We are so thankful for God's provision. He really gives us what we need when we need it. And we really do thank Him for these times in our life. We are able to grow and draw closer to Him.

"Consider it pure joy, my brothers, whenever you face trials of many kinds, because you know that the testing of your faith develops perseverance."

We're continuing to pray you all through the days ahead and hope that you'll find yourselves snuggled in at home very, very soon...

We feel like we've 'been through the trial' too.....feeling our care and concern for you so, and praying continually...and God uses it to draw us all closer to him and teach us in ways we wouldn't learn otherwise, I'm sure. We praise God for every good and encouraging word about her condition. I always feel like the man in the bible who said "Lord, I believe, help my unbelief!!"

God is good, all the time!

He deserves the glory. He is here in the middle of the adversity. It is hard sometimes to hear His still small voice, but He is here and will not leave or forsake you. In our weakness He is glorified.
givin it all to Him
